About the position
As General Manager, you will be expected to drive the company's culture, whilst motivating and developing the whole team.
Managing financials by planning to drive sales, beat budgets, and maximize covers while protecting the guest experience.
Effective management of rotas, employee relations issues, and recruitment.
Safeguarding compliance throughout the business, with a focus on guest feedback and mystery diner results.
The General Manager will ensure exceptional scores are achieved on EHO visits, 95% and over for food audits, and maintain health and safety standards.
The successful candidate will have
* An in-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry
* Strong experience managing successful service-led restaurants
* Results-driven with great and genuine people management skills
* Excellent communication skills and be an aspirational leader
