We are recruiting an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimise our growing online platforms — including Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and more.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and wants to make a real impact by expanding and elevating our online retail presence.
You will be responsible for all reporting and metrics, working alongside the marketing team. Experience with marketing tools, PPC, and SEO is essential.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms, including product uploads, pricing, and promotions.
2. Monitor and maintain stock levels, oversee order fulfilment, and coordinate supply chain logistics.
3. Optimise product listings across all channels to maximise visibility and sales.
4. Create compelling, SEO-optimised content, including product descriptions and specifications.
5. Track, analyse, and report on KPIs such as traffic, conversions, and ROI.
6. Support marketing initiatives, including PPC campaigns.
7. Respond promptly to customer enquiries to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
8. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and other departments to maintain brand consistency.
9. Explore and develop new online growth opportunities and sales channels.
Skills & Experience
* 2–3 years’ experience managing e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
* Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics and experienced in PPC campaigns.
* Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and eBay Seller Hub.
* Strong writing skills to produce engaging and accurate content.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Self-starter capable of prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities independently.
* Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
* Experience in a product-based retail or consumer goods industry is preferred.
