You will play a key role in supporting pupils both academically and emotionally, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Build positive relationships with pupils to support their personal and academic development Assist in delivering tailored learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff Support behaviour management strategies and promote a calm, respectful learning environment Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external agencies Contribute to the wider life of the setting and its inclusive ethosWhat We're Looking For: Experience working with children or young people, ideally in SEN, PRU, or pastoral roles A calm, empathetic, and patient approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of vulnerable learners Relevant qualifications (e.g., TA Level 2/3, mentoring, youth work) are desirable but not essentialWhy Join Us?
