Role: Part Time Website Content Executive - Sheffield
WorkingHours: 20 hours per week between Monday- Friday
General overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to take ownership of website content and product updates across a portfolio of digital platforms. This role is key to ensuring our main website remains accurate, engaging, and up to date, while supporting a wider network of customer-facing portals.
The main company website will be the primary focus of this role, particularly around managing and implementing product updates. While customer portals are already well-structured and require minimal maintenance, the core challenge lies in keeping the main site current, accurate, and commercially effective.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and update content across two B2C websites, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and strong user experience
* Take primary responsibility for product updates on the main company website, ensuring all changes are implemented in a timely manner
* Create, edit, and optimise website content to reflect new products, updates, and business changes
* Support six individual customer portals, each with their own URL, ensuring content is maintained where required
* Work closely with internal teams to gather product information and translate this into clear, engaging web content
* Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and commercial objectives
* Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for content improvements
What our client is looking for:
* Experience managing website content
* Strong copywriting and editing skills
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple updates simultaneously
* Familiarity with CMS platforms
* Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
* Comfortable liaising with stakeholders across different teams
* Basic understanding of SEO principles
* Experience working with multiple websites or customer portals
* Analytical mindset with the ability to spot content gaps or improvement areas
