To lead service delivery in relation to all aspects of the Inspection contract including managing the relationship with our client, project management, planning and execution of work scopes, monitoring key performance indicators and maximising revenue.
Roles and Responsibilies
* Plan and monitor the contract budgets and costs.
* Manage and monitor the selection and requisition of all plant, equipment and materials on the contract.
* Assist in preparing of pre-tender evaluations and in the preparation of tender submissions as required.
* Ensure that all client expectations are delivered, identifying and reacting to shortfalls in customer service.
* Cultivate and develop good customer relations, following customers’ enquiries and demands promptly
* Plan, and monitor the requisition and expedition of all resource requirements including material, equipment and personnel (including subcontractor services).
* Ensure co-ordination of shipments to worksite through logistics department.
* Liaise with the HR Team to assist in the recruitment, induction and deployment of personnel.
* Manage all aspects of Industrial Relations and discipline within the team.
* Ensure that all appraisals are conducted for all staff / operatives / supervision under his control in accordance with ompany requirements
* Oversee the planning of the contract and specific work scopes.
* Communicate team goals and promote high standards of workmanship and customer service.
* Manage all activities including those of sub-contractors.
* Provide technical support to offshore and onshore teams across all disciplines.
* Attend project kick-off meetings.
* Liaise with client’s engineers to gain knowledge of future projects.
* Raise CTR’s for all offshore activities.
* Ensure that all plant and equipment under his control is maintained in a safe working.
* Correlates and presents project information for reports and contract reviews
* Performs any other duties of a reasonable nature in support of the Inspection Operations Manager and Bilfinger Senior Management Team.
