This role takes an office first hybrid approach here at London Gatwick, with three days a week in the office, two days remote, managed around the needs of the business.

We're now looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our innovative and high-performing team to help deliver this transformation.
This is an exceptional opportunity to make a tangible impact on complex, high-value construction programmes in a live aviation environment. What will you do?
1. Lead the development and implementation of the Supplier Performance & Relationship Management (SPRM) strategy.
2. Build robust performance-based partnerships with strategic and critical suppliers.
3. Monitor and report on supplier performance, risk, and compliance using evaluation frameworks and dashboards.
4. Drive continuous improvement in supply chain delivery across cost, quality, innovation, and social responsibility.
5. Own and embed the Supplier Code of Conduct across all procurement activities.
6. Conduct market engagement to attract and develop a capable and resilient supply chain.
7. Support procurement colleagues with best practice tools and training in supplier relationships and risk management.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage business continuity and ensure supply chain resilience.
Do you have what we're looking for?
9. A degree or equivalent in a relevant commercial, construction, or business field.
10. Professional qualifications such as MCIPS, MRICS, or equivalent are highly desirable.
11. A track record in capital projects supply chain management, including contract and risk management.
12. Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
13. Experience working in live operational environments—aviation or infrastructure - would be advantageous
14. Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
15. Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, CEMAR, and web-based contract management systems.
