Experience:
* Broad understanding of Commercial or Retail Banking, including
* Strong client-facing experience; ability to build and maintain relationships
* Experience leading diverse teams on complex strategy/consulting projects
* Knowledge of emerging technologies (Big Data, API, AI, Microservices, Blockchain, Cloud)
* Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and integrations
* Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Structured problem-solving skills; ability to propose practical solutions
Offer:
