MAIN exists to offer advice and services tailored to individuals with disabilities and their families, to raise their aspirations, empower themselves, and to have the confidence to ‘wear the T-shirt with a smile’.
These services include clubs for all ages, PA support services, alternative education, and advice and guidance. MAIN also offers a variety of services including training and courses for professionals and parents/carers.
Role Description
MAIN are currently looking for enthusiastic Personal Assistants to support clubs, groups, and individual service users in accessing community activities.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact by helping individuals engage in social, educational, and recreational events on a 1:1 basis.
Purpose of the Role
* Assist individuals in participating in community-based activities.
* Provide support to clubs, groups, and service users.
* Ensure that all activities are accessible and enjoyable for everyone involved.
