Job Description

Newstaff Employment Services is currently seeking a reliable and efficient Administrator to join our team in Luton. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized individual looking to take on a vital administrative role within our company.

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operational functions of the office. Your tasks will include managing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective running of our operations.

The role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy. If you are detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a busy environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

1. Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and email correspondence.
2. Maintain organized filing systems and ensure timely updates of client documentation.
3. Assist in data entry and record-keeping for various administrative functions.
4. Support team members with various administrative tasks as required.
5. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
6. Help coordinate internal meetings and office activities.
7. Ensure the office environment is maintained and organized.

Requirements

8. Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
9. Strong time management and organizational skills.
10. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
12. Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
13. Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.
14. A positive and proactive attitude towards work and team collaboration.
