Job Description:
A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced surveyor to manage maintenance, compliance, and minor project work across this company's Midlands portfolio.
Working remotely (from home), you'll utilize your skills as a project manager, building surveyor, facilities manager, or similar to visit various sites and assess property conditions as needed.
Building strong relationships with site teams is essential to ensure both planned maintenance and reactive issues are addressed promptly. You will also oversee compliance across the estate, so experience in compliance and facilities management is important. Additionally, you'll organize project work, including writing specifications, tendering through JCT contracts, and supervising the quality of work.
You don't need to be chartered, but experience working autonomously across multiple sites is beneficial. Project delivery experience up to £300k, along with facilities, compliance, and maintenance experience, is required.
