Job description: We are seeking a skilled reach truck Forklift Operator to join our clients Warehouse Team located in Banbury. Responsibilities * Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse. * Manage materials handling processes, ensuring accurate stacking and storage of products. * Please note this is working within a chilled environment and must be okay working with produce. * Conduct routine safety checks on forklift machinery and other equipment. * Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, prioritising safe working practices. Qualifications * Full Accredited FLT Reach licence is required, no expired or in house will be accepted. * Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment within a minimum of 2 years experience * Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS). * Ability to load and unload heavy items safely, with physical strength for heavy lifting tasks. * Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
