Trainee Recruitment Marketing Coordinator
Join Linklaters' Human Resources team as a Trainee Recruitment Marketing Coordinator and play a key part in attracting the brightest graduate talent to our firm. Working closely with the Trainee Recruitment Marketing Lead, you'll help plan and deliver innovative recruitment marketing strategies, ensuring our opportunities reach and engage a diverse pool of candidates.
The role
Key responsibilities include:
* End‑to‑end administration of trainee recruitment campus and marketing activities
* Assisting with the planning and execution of annual Milkround activities (approx. 50 university careers events) and the Spring competition
* Creating and managing engaging social media content, with a focus on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
* Managing the campus brand ambassador process and sponsorship of university societies
* Attending on‑campus and virtual events to answer student queries and promote our programmes
* Ensuring our opportunities are effectively marketed, with a particular focus on engaging diverse and socially mobile candidates
* Supporting the wider Trainee Recruitment team on broader resourcing projects (e.g., assessment centres, inbox queries, sourcing trainee representatives, processing invoices, acting as a point of contact for vacation scheme students)
You'll help ensure our events for university students run smoothly and our recruitment brand is presented in an engaging way. Each year, you'll be part of a team running up to 100 events, hiring 100 trainees and 100 vacation scheme students, and hosting a programme for 60 first‑year students.
What we're looking for
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual with a passion for recruitment marketing and events. The ideal candidate will have:
* At least one year’s experience in marketing, events, and/or early careers recruitment
* A proactive approach, with the ability to prioritise and multi‑task effectively
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
* Experience creating engaging content and managing social media platforms
* Strong administration skills and attention to detail
* Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

This role is based at the Linklaters London office with a hybrid working model available. Please note that at certain points in the recruitment cycle you will need to be based in the office more regularly, as well as attending events.
