Multi-Skilled Working Foreman
Location: Haverfordwest
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum
Start: Immediate
Pro Staff Construction are working with a contractor looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Working Foreman to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a hands-on role covering domestic property maintenance, refurbishments, and extensions. You will work on the tools while leading small teams and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Duties:

Hands-on trade work across domestic projects
*
Leading and coordinating small teams
*
Reading drawings
*
Ensuring H&S compliance on site
*
Quality oversight across groundworks, carpentry, roofing, brickwork, decorating, paving, concrete works, and rendering
Requirements:
*
Strong all-round building experience
*
Experience in domestic refurbishments and extensions
*
CSCS card (preferred)
*
Confident leading by example
