Your Responsibilities Will Include: Working in the industrial, commercial, education and automotive sectors. Assisting the preconstruction and construction teams related to your assigned project or area. Overseeing subcontractors involved with your assigned project or area. Supervising and leading health and safety on the construction site. Collaborating and managing design teams. Producing weekly and monthly client facing reports. Producing and working to work schedules / programmes. Delivering projects in accordance with the schedule, quality, and budgetary requirements. Managing client inspections and obtaining approval for completed works. Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) Hold regular meetings focused on safety, production, and quality. Maintaining meticulous and comprehensive records of activities and processes.
