The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Supervise classes of students aged 11–16 in the absence of the class teacher Deliver pre‑prepared lesson plans to ensure learning continues smoothly Support students in staying focused and engaged Manage classroom behaviour confidently and calmly Provide additional help to students with SEND when required This role builds essential skills for anyone considering teacher training or future leadership responsibilities.
