Job Title: Group Credit Controller
Job Type: Full Time / Permanent

Basic: £27,000 per annum plus OTE Bonus

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join a private equity backed recruitment business.
Credit Controller - Essential
* Min. 1 year experience in a similar Credit Control position
Credit Controller - Desired skillset:
* Oracle NetSuite
Credit Controller

Credit Controller - Main responsibility
Billing
* Weekly billing of permanent placements across the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Singapore & Hong Kong.
* Monthly billing of the contractor assignments in Germany and Netherlands.
* Weekly import of UK contractor invoices raised by the timesheet management system.
Credit Control
* Responsibility for all credit control duties across the entire group portfolio of clients.
* Bi-weekly statement runs to clients.
* Management of NetSuite Dunning procedure for select clients.
* Query resolution and debt recovery escalation where required.
Vendor Portals
* Weekly uploads of invoices to various client portals for both Permanent and Contract placements.
* Updating the status of invoices on clients portals.
Treasury
* Daily postings of client receipts from the banking platform to NetSuite client accounts.
Reporting
* Weekly reporting on Global credit control metrics to Senior Management.
