Are you an experienced Sustainability Consultant within the building services industry?
Do you have your BREEAM AP or Assessor certification?
We are working with a specialist, boutique, Sustainability Consultancy who growing their Consultancy team with two brand-new BREEAM qualified Sustainability Consultants.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing consultancy and take the lead on some of the most innovative and complex sustainable construction projects in the UK.
The Role
You'll be leading on BREEAM Assessments across a variety of commercial projects within Building Services.
As a senior member of the team, you'll also mentor junior consultants, build relationships with clients and get involved with the wider sustainability and energy reduction plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading on Sustainability Assessments - specifically BREEAM.
* Wider sustainability assessments and consultants, including WELL, Fitwell and more.
* Lead client and design team workshops.
* Support junior team members' training and development.
About you
* Minimum BREEAM AP certification - BREEAM Assessor is even better!
* Building Services industry background.
* Wider Sustainability and Net-zero consulting experience
