Role Purpose

As a Director Services – Northern Europe in the United Kingdom or Limerick, Ireland, you will lead the implementation of Professional Services Engagements and Premium Customer Support for ACI products & solutions across the EMEA team, focusing on the Northern Europe region. You will manage cross‑functional delivery teams through the complete implementation lifecycle, from pre‑sales to transition to production support, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, with expected quality and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the end‑to‑end customer implementation lifecycle, ensuring adherence to ACI implementation standards and performance measurements.
* Establish and maintain a governance model to ensure effective oversight of delivery programs or projects, meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Act as the primary point of contact for client executives, fostering strong relationships and understanding business needs to ensure project success.
* Address and resolve client escalations promptly, maintaining clear communication and effective solutions.
* Manage financial performance across the portfolio, monitoring budgets, forecasting, and driving profitability to align with organizational goals.
* Lead cross‑functional ACI teams, providing direction and support to program or project managers, technical staff, and other stakeholders.
* Increase industry knowledge and use of ACI products to solve business problems in targeted vertical markets.
* Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance delivery and client satisfaction.
* Optimize resource allocation and skills management across programs and projects for efficient delivery.
* Prepare and present regular project and program status reports to ACI stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders during pre‑sales, providing accurate project estimates and delivery timelines to support acquisition of new engagements.
* Build a high‑performing team through effective line management, performance evaluation, and feedback for continuous improvement.
* Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to all corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.


Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years managing an implementation team delivering complex custom software solutions in the financial technology industry.
* Demonstrated matrix management, customer engagement, and management experience.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience managing revenue and expense budgets.
* Payments industry knowledge preferred.


Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience

* Knowledge or relationships with ACI’s customers.
* Knowledge of SalesForce, Jira and Oracle systems desirable.
