You'll teach across a range of programmes - delivering knowledge, building skills, and creating inclusive learning experiences. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting impact. What you'll do: Plan and deliver learning Design and deliver inclusive, high-quality lessons. Create engaging learning materials tailored to diverse learner needs. Provide clear, constructive feedback to support learner progress. Support learner development Guide academic and personal development through tutorials and pastoral care. Maintain accurate records of learner progress and engagement. Enhance curriculum and quality Keep course content current and aligned with industry standards. Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processes. Collaborate and uphold standards Work with colleagues and external partners to enrich the learner experience. Promote and uphold safeguarding, equality, and health and safety policies. What we're looking for You'll need: A relevant subject qualification (e.g. degree or equivalent). A recognised teaching qualification. Level 2 English and Maths (e.g. GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent). The ability to plan and deliver effective, inclusive teaching for diverse learners. Knowledge of subject-specific pedagogy and current teaching practices in further or higher education. Clear communication and strong organisational skills. Confidence using digital tools to support learning. A commitment to safeguarding, equality, and ongoing professional development. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic and growing curriculum area that is passionate about transforming lives through education. We are seeking a motivated individual with energy, creativity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, student-centred teaching that truly inspires learners. The role will primarily involve teaching Care across a range of levels from Level 1 to Level 3, helping students develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to progress into meaningful careers. The ability to also deliver Early Years courses up to Level 3 would be a distinct advantage. We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and those new to the profession who hold a PGCE (or equivalent) and a relevant degree. We also encourage applications from industry professionals with strong vocational experience who are keen to transition into teaching and are willing to work towards a teaching qualification. The successful candidate will bring a flexible, proactive, and can-do attitude, along with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You will be a confident communicator, able to build positive relationships and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders both within and beyond the organisation.
