Service Delivery Manager / ITIL Consultant / Head of Service Delivery
PE backed Tech4Good needs an experienced Service Delivery Manager to ensure the day‑to‑day delivery and operational stability of customers' IT services, aligning services with business needs and driving continuous improvement using the ITIL framework.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operation and monitoring of IT systems and services, including service availability, capacity, and performance.
* Define, negotiate, and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
* Lead service reviews with internal teams and external suppliers, identifying areas for improvement, single points of failure, and effective mitigation plans.
Qualifications
* Strong experience in IT Service Delivery.
* ITIL Foundation Certification.
* Proven ability to manage operational stability and incident avoidance.
* Track record of delivering SLAs in a live service environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
