Accident Repair Centre Manager / Bodyshop Manager
role is both demanding and rewarding. It plays a critical part in: Supporting the Group Accident Repair Centre division and strategy Helping the wider Group achieve its objectives You will oversee all disciplines of the Accident Repair Centre and be responsible for: Maximising departmental profitability Achieving the business plan and company objectives Key Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth and timely flow of work through the Bodyshop to maximise productivity Maintain high quality standards to achieve customer satisfaction Control and maintain resources, stock, and equipment to improve performance Lead, coach, and develop your team to:
Create a motivational working environment Support colleague retention Encourage continuous improvement Promote enhanced performance
Maintain excellent working relationships with work providers and suppliers What We're Looking For
