Grade 5 - £26,403 for 6 hours per week term time only for 44.8 weeks per annum equating to £3,678.83 pro rata rising to 45.8 weeks, £3,944.84 pro rata per annum after 5 years' service.
Administration & Organisation – Wolfscastle School (Grade 5, Level 3)
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Administrator to join Wolfscastle School. Working closely with the Head Teacher and senior staff, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative, financial, and organisational support that underpins the smooth running of the school.
In this varied role, you will:
* Manage reception, visitors, and complex enquiries.
* Oversee record systems, analyse data, and produce reports.
* Organise school trips, events, and support Governing Body functions.
* Supervise, train, and develop staff as appropriate.
* Administer payroll systems, budgets, and financial procedures.
* Support marketing, procurement, and school promotion.
We are looking for someone with excellent ICT skills, strong organisational ability, and proven experience managing administrative systems. You should hold NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) and have very good numeracy and literacy skills.
