Bistro Assistant Ref: EE00126 Salary: G3 £13.26 - £13.47 per hour Contract: 25 hours per week, with a rolling three-week work pattern Monday to Friday: 8am-1pm, 10am-3pm, 11.30am-4.30pm We are looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable individual to assist with the preparation and service of food and beverages in our corporate Bistro. This will include the preparation of baguettes, sandwiches, salads, limited hot food options and beverages to include operating a barista style coffee machine. You will monitor stock items and ensure that items are re-plenished in a timely manner whilst being responsive to the needs of customers through the delivery of excellent customer service at all times. Occasional participation in function work will also be required. It is essential that flexibility is maintained within the team and that support is provided to any part of the unit as and when required, as such the post holder will be required to co-ordinate working arrangements with others to ensure adequate cover is maintained; to include evening and weekend working as required.
