Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant, located in Oxford. The Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and maintaining records. Additionally, the Assistant will support team members with administrative tasks, oversee office supplies and equipment, and ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
* Proactive and able to work independently
* Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
