Job Summary
Position title: Store Manager
Reports to: District Manager
As Store Manager you are responsible for the daily operation of the store, ensuring the highest performance possible in all areas, meeting cost budget and sales targets, and maintaining compliance with legal and company policies. You lead, develop, and retain a highly engaged team, drive guest experience, and manage operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the team with virtue‑based leadership aligned with company virtues.
* Recruit, pre‑board, and onboard staff, building a talent pipeline.
* Develop and motivate team members through training, meetings, and development plans, maintaining employee engagement score.
* Ensure a guest‑first approach, building strong guest relations in the local community.
* Maintain safe, secure, and healthy working environment enforcing hygiene, health, and safety standards.
* Plan store shifts considering seasonality and store traffic, manage staffing levels, and comply with labor laws.
* Own stock handling, including counting and ordering, keeping waste within targets.
* Drive store performance, achieving sales target, EBITDA, and other KPIs.
Key Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
* Experience managing a team of at least 10 employees.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Motivated to become a people‑centric leader.
Key Performance Indicators
* Hygiene, pest, and fire safety compliance.
* Employee engagement score and turnover.
* Guest experience metrics: returning guests, app conversions, complaints, waiting time, product availability.
* Store performance: sales target, waste, salary cost, productivity, overhead cost, EBITDA.
