You’ll liaise closely with the workshop and parts teams to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and handle service enquiries in person and over the phone Book vehicles into the workshop and manage schedules efficiently Communicate clearly with customers, explaining required work and keeping them updated Liaise with technicians to monitor progress and ensure timely completion of jobs Prepare accurate invoices and explain costs to customers at collection Promote and upsell additional services, maintenance plans, and products Handle complaints and queries professionally to maintain customer satisfaction Ensure the reception and service areas are welcoming and well-presented About You To succeed as a Senior Service Advisor, you should have previous experience in a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor position within the automotive industry. You’ll be organised, confident, and customer-driven, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
