The Role
Are you a data enthusiast passionate about transforming raw data into meaningful insights? We’re seeking a talented Fabric/Data Consultant with expertise in Azure and Power BI to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with cutting-edge technology, developing robust data architectures, and driving strategic business intelligence initiatives. * Proven experience in data engineering with exposure to Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, or Databricks.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or a strong willingness to learn and adapt to its ecosystem.
* Proficiency in Python programming, focusing on data manipulation and engineering.
* Interest in data science and a desire to expand skills into predictive analytics, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for optimizing workflows.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to thrive in a consultancy environment.
* Experience in data modeling and understanding of the Kimball methodology.
* DP-600 – Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate certification.
Responsibilities:
Daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:
* Designing, building, and optimizing high-performance data pipelines and ETL workflows using tools like Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric.
* Implementing scalable solutions to ingest, store, and transform large datasets, ensuring data quality and availability.
* Writing clean, efficient, and reusable Python code for data engineering.
* Collaborating with data scientists and stakeholders to support machine learning and advanced data modeling.
* Researching and integrating the latest cloud technologies and frameworks to drive innovation.
