Role Summary
We have a requirement for the newly created position of ROV Asset Coordinator within the Asset group; to be based in our Dubai Office. This role will be a provide regional administrative resource to focus on ROV system inventory, maintenance & certification coordination and data management within IMS. Additional responsibilities will be to assist with other asset related coordinator deemed necessary to the general business needs in the region.
Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Update and maintain ROV System inventories, ensuring models, part numbers and storage locations are current within the IMS
* Support the regional ROV fleet with IMS models and part numbers
* Coordinate preventative and general maintenance activities across the regional ROV fleet, assisting Technical & Asset Department
* Liaise with Project Managers & ROV Supervisors regarding asset notification and 3rd party inspectors
* Download certificates from 3rd Party Portals or ensure they are provided from the client
* Collate asset certificates, quality check, file and upload to the relevant folder structure within server and Operations Module
* Maintain the Operations Module in the IMS as the single source of data for all inventory and maintenance activities
* Support the wider Assets Team as required.
About You
You should have previous working experience and awareness within an Asset environment with a background of Data Input and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages. ROV industry knowledge and understanding would be desirable.
