Are you passionate about helping young people who’ve faced barriers in education?

In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver personalised and flexible education that changes lives—whether teaching in the classroom, at home, or out in the community. Key Responsibilities

Deliver tailored learning sessions for individuals and small groups

Teach both on-site and in outreach settings (home or community-based)

Prepare engaging lesson plans and resources

Track progress and maintain accurate records

Support personal growth, independence, and emotional resilience

Manage behaviour and maintain a safe, nurturing learning space

Liaise with families, carers, and external professionals

What We’re Looking For

Experience working with students with SEND or SEMH needs (or in alternative provision)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a relevant educational or support role

QTS/QTLS desirable, but not essential

Confident teaching across KS3/KS4 or Primary

Flexible, creative, and committed to positive outcomes for all learners

Why Join Us?

NEST enhanced pension scheme

Staff referral bonus (£500 shared between you and your referral)

Enhanced maternity and paternity pay

Blue Light Card discounts

Fully funded training and qualifications

Enhanced pay scales based on experience and qualifications

Employee wellbeing app and benefits scheme

Life assurance cover

If you’re ready to make a genuine difference and help young people rediscover their love of learning, we’d love to hear from you.
