We are looking for ambitious and driven individualswho are passionate in providing world class customer service. This role comeswith a very easily achievable OTE of up to £36,000.
Working hours are on a rota with the Service Manager - 45 Hours.

About you
This is anexciting challenge for an experienced Workshop Controller with excellentmanagement skills, your main focus will be supervise and prioritise theTechnicians in a very busy workshop. You will be tasked with supervising a teamof Technicians to make sure the work is done to high Brand standardswhilst adhering to departmental budgets and timescales. It will be your job tomake sure the vehicle goes through the workshop in a seamless manner, liaisingwith the Service Advisors to ensure the customer is kept fully up todate. It is a busy service department that will offer you the opportunity toutilise your skills and experience to help drive the department forward.
We arelooking for someone with a like for like background, so experience within aWorkshop Controllers role will be advantageous. However, we may also consider astrong candidate who wants to move up or someone with experience who can fitstraight in.
We wouldlike you to have strong people management skills and be able to demonstratethat you can control a workshop of Technicians efficiently.
QualityControl experience would also be advantageous.
