Responsibilities
* Assist with food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables.
* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
* Support chefs during service by ensuring that all necessary ingredients are readily available.
* Wash dishes, pots, and pans using appropriate cleaning methods to uphold health and safety standards.
* Dispose of waste correctly and ensure recycling procedures are followed.
* Assist with stock rotation and inventory management as required.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.
Skills
