Are you a passionate and dedicated Reception Teacher looking for a new teaching opportunity within a supportive and vibrant school community? Whether you're an experienced practitioner or an ECT, we'd love to hear from you!
We are working with a oustanding and high-achieving primary school in Brent that is seeking to appoint a Reception Teacher from September 2025.

Responsibilities Of This Reception Teacher Role
* Stay up to date with educational research and policies through training, workshops, and reading, while actively implementing all school and local authority initiatives.
* Promote a positive school culture by modelling excellent teaching practice, motivating staff, and representing the school in meetings with governors and external networks.
* Plan and deliver a high-quality, inclusive curriculum that challenges all pupils and supports progress in core and non-core subjects.
* Monitor pupil progress closely, using data to identify and implement effective interventions that close learning gaps and raise achievement.
* Collaborate regularly with colleagues and parents to support individual learning needs and communicate curriculum developments.
The Ideal Candidate For This Reception Teacher Role Will
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have experience teaching in EYFS
* Be committed to delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
* Show excellent classroom and behaviour management
* Be a team player with a reflective, proactive approach
