The role focuses on high-quality on-site data collection, compliance inspections and professional engagement with residents and clients. Key Responsibilities * Conduct detailed on-site surveys and inspections, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance * Collect and record data to support passive fire and fire-stopping programmes and remedial works * Engage professionally with residents, clients and site teams to secure access and maintain positive relationships * Work confidently within occupied buildings, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills * Support passive fire and fire-stopping assessments in line with current standards and best practice * Manage your own workload across multiple sites while maintaining high attention to detail About You * Detail-oriented with a structured and methodical approach to surveying * Well-presented, professional and comfortable engaging with residents and clients * Able to build rapport quickly and overcome access challenges where required * Motivated to join a growing business and contribute to its long-term success * Passive fire / fire-stopping knowledge is advantageous * Asbestos awareness or relevant qualifications are beneficial but not essential Salary, Benefits & Incentives * £40,000 to £43,000 bonuses * Company vehicle provided * Full benefits package aligned with company performance * Ongoing training, development and clear progression opportunities
