We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual, with strong Administration skills to join Transport Planning team team and commence a career in Transport Planning. Based at Annat, Fort William.
Previous experience in Transport Planning / Administration or Logistics is preferable but not mandatory; as you will be joining a well established team who have the necessary skills and experience to fully train you to deliver a first class transport and logistics service to our customers.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective planning of transportation routes. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team.
Duties
* Develop and implement transport plans that meet operational requirements
* Analyse data to dertermine optimal transport routes and schedules
* Coordinate with drivers, clients and other departments to ensure timely deliveries
* Provide clerical support including data entry and administrative tasks as required.
This is a full time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday.
