Area Nursery Manager (Fixed Term – 12 Months) Location: Nurseries in and around the Glasgow area Salary: £40,000 per annum £4,000 car allowance Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week) Thrive Childcare and Education is seeking an experienced and passionate Area Nursery Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering four of our nurseries across the Glasgow area. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong early years professional to oversee multiple settings, supporting Nursery Managers in delivering exceptional childcare and education while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and operational excellence. About the Role: As Area Nursery Manager, you will: Lead and support Nursery Managers across four settings Ensure delivery of outstanding childcare in line with Scottish early years frameworks and Care Inspectorate standards. You should also have at least two years’ experience in a leadership role with children aged 0–5 years, along with experience in leading high-quality early learning and childcare provision.
