We are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and proactive individual who loves sport and is interested in the gambling industry to join our CRM team as a Marketing Executive supporting our betting products.
This role will be responsible for tasks related to campaign orchestration, including but not limited to:
* Developing new promotional concepts
* Content ideation
* Testing, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns
* Automating communications and processes
* Executing campaigns across email, push messages, SMS, interstitials, and inbox channels
There is a requirement for evening and weekend coverage, usually dictated by the sporting calendar, involving:
* Watching live sports and promoting relevant betting opportunities based on ongoing events
* Retargeting customers based on their betting activity and upselling to other markets or events
* Fulfilling promotions and sending credit notifications
* Prioritizing customer experience by executing campaigns efficiently and resolving queries from customer service to ensure optimal service

Responsibilities
Content Planning:
* Deliver content plans integrated into customer lifecycle journeys
* Map content distribution across channels to maximize engagement
* Identify key sporting events for real-time marketing
* Stay updated on trends in the betting industry
* Build relationships with Product, Trade, Brand, Customer Service, and Social Teams
Content & Promotional Implementation:
* Develop innovative content and promotional concepts
* Create design briefs for graphic designers
* Write compelling copy for marketing campaigns
* Ensure timely and high-standard execution of CRM and promotional content
Marketing Execution & Communication:
* Utilize BI data to identify effective channels
* Refine strategies based on results and feedback
* Follow brand and tone guidelines, adhering to sign-off processes
* Personalize messaging based on audience segments

Skills & Experience
What you’ll need to succeed:
* Degree or equivalent in Business or marketing-related field
* Solid knowledge of horse racing and football, with an interest in sports betting
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Creative mindset with good aesthetic sense
* Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
* Strong organizational and project management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
