Join us as a Fraud Strategy Manager at Barclays, where you will support the fraud strategy for our cards products on the Next Generation Consumer Banking platform. You will be responsible for recommending and building controls to ensure the fraud strategy functions as intended. Your role includes analyzing fraud data, conducting root cause analysis on fraud cases, and communicating key updates to stakeholders through regular risk and control forums.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience with:
* Analytical or numerate proficiency, with experience in analytical roles or a relevant qualification.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate issues and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
* Experience or keen interest in coding.
* Strong analytical skills, including manipulating large data sets using Excel or similar software.
Additional skills include:
* Knowledge of Fraud
* Data analytics experience with SAS, SQL
This role is based in Northampton.
