Description
Looking for a kitchen where chefs are respected, supported and able to focus on great food?
At The Carnegie Club, we offer something increasingly rare in hospitality:
* Average 40-hours per week with additional hours returned as paid time off
* No split shifts
* Staff accommodation available
* Seasonal, ingredient-led cooking utilising kitchen garden & estate produce
* A supportive, professional team and a calm kitchen culture
We work with exceptional ingredients, produce from our own gardens, locally sourced fish and shellfish and game from surrounding estates. We prepare everything from relaxed brasserie dining to refined fine-dining experiences to off-grid cooking in remote locations throughout our estate.
The range of ingredients we work with across the estate is truly exceptional - from pastries and breads made in-house to our own carefully smoked meats. The diversity of ingredients we work with gives every chef the opportunity to showcase their creativity and skill. If you’re a Chef de Partie who takes pride in proper cooking and wants to work in a calm, professional kitchen where people look after each other, we’d love to hear from you.
