Job Description
As a Semi Senior/Senior, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients. This role involves producing accurate client work and supporting junior team members. You will ensure accuracy in files, adhere to deadlines, and offer assistance as required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensuring day-to-day client files/audits are completed correctly and within specified timeframes and requirements.
2. Providing support and guidance to junior team members to ensure accuracy and quality in their work.
3. Delivering client work to the highest standards and ensuring compliance with all legal and statutory requirements.
4. Ensuring timely receipt of correct client documentation to meet deadlines efficiently.
5. Preparing client paperwork (Accounts, tax, PAYE, VAT) within designated deadlines for timely submission to HMRC.
6. Planning your workload effectively to meet deadlines and ensure work is ready for sign-off.

Key Requirements

1. The role requires a quality-focused individual dedicated to developing their knowledge and experience.
2. Working towards ACA/ACCA qualifications.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Dependable and reliable team player.
3. Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
4. Confidentiality.
5. Strong Microsoft Office Skills.
