We’re looking for a talented Communications & Marketing Coordinator to join the communications team of a leading international design practice.
In this exciting and varied role, you’ll help shape how the firm shares its story with the world -creating engaging content, coordinating digital marketing activity, and supporting events that celebrate design innovation. From crafting compelling narratives about landmark projects to managing social media and thought leadership initiatives, you’ll play a vital role in bringing ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities
* Write and produce engaging materials for outreach, social media, and presentations that showcase the firm’s work and expertise.
* Identify opportunities to highlight key projects and develop proactive communications and thought leadership pieces.
* Coordinate newsletters and maintain contact databases.
* Collaborate with internal teams to produce articles and support speaking opportunities that position the firm as an industry leader.
* Identify and manage award submissions that spotlight design excellence and talent.
* Manage website updates, social media content, and performance analytics.
* Support the planning and delivery of engaging events that showcase the firm’s work.
* Help keep teams connected, informed, and inspired.
Skills and Experience
* 2+ years’ experience in communications, PR, marketing, or journalism within architecture, design, urban design, or publishing.
* A degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Architecture, or English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign/Photoshop.
* Outstanding written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
* Experience running digital marketing campaigns across web, email, and social media, including analytics.
* A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong organisational skills.
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* A natural storyteller with enthusiasm for design and the built environment.
