St Andrew's Pre-School is looking for a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join their team, assisting with the high-quality care and education for children aged 2-5 across our two settings.

About the Role:
This hands-on role will be supporting young children in their early development, helping them grow in confidence and curiosity through fun, engaging activities. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Support the learning and development of children through play and planned activities.
* Help deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
* Build caring relationships with children and parents.
* Promote equality and celebrate diversity in everything we do.
* Keep our environment clean, safe, and engaging.
* Assist with snacks, toileting, and daily routines.
* Pitch in for events, outings, and occasional extra cover when needed.
What We're Looking For:
* A passion for working with young children.
* Childcare qualifications are a bonus but not essential.
* Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
* A team player with a positive attitude and a flexible approach.
