This is not a desk-based recruitment role. It’s about being out in the community, building relationships, attending events, and using social media creatively to inspire people to consider a rewarding career in social care.For this reason, it is essential that you are a driver with access to your own vehicle for this role. About the Role You will travel across the county representing Procurae Group at recruitment events, job fairs, colleges and community centres. You’ll engage directly with potential candidates, local stakeholders and support workers — showcasing the impact and career progression opportunities within social care. You’ll be the friendly, approachable first point of contact for many future Support Workers and Team Leaders. What You’ll Be Doing Community Engagement & Outreach Travel across the county to attend job fairs, careers events and community outreach initiatives Build relationships with colleges, training providers and community organisations Engage with organisations facing redundancies to promote social care as a meaningful new career path Network with community groups and local stakeholders to raise awareness of opportunities Candidate Interaction & Attraction Actively engage with potential candidates in person — answering questions, offering guidance and sharing career stories Promote the rewarding nature of social care roles and the difference our teams make Support open days and recruitment events within services Build talent pools through conversations and ongoing relationship building Champion our culture and values at every opportunity Social Media & Digital Engagement Create engaging social media posts promoting events, vacancies and success stories Share live updates, photos and insights from recruitment events Respond to candidate enquiries through social platforms in a friendly, professional manner Showcase employee stories and highlight the impact of working in social care Use digital engagement to build local talent communities Collaboration Work closely with service managers and recruiters to understand local workforce needs Share feedback from the community to improve attraction strategies Celebrate and promote staff achievements at events and through community engagement Who We’re Looking For A confident, outgoing and people-focused individual Someone comfortable travelling regularly across the county Strong communication skills and natural relationship-building ability Experience in recruitment, community engagement, marketing, or social care is beneficial A genuine passion for supporting others and promoting careers that make a difference Comfortable speaking to groups and representing the organisation professionally What Success Looks Like Increased visibility of Procurae Group within the local community Strong pipelines of engaged, values-driven candidates Positive relationships with colleges and community organisations High-quality candidates attracted through face-to-face engagement Why Join Procurae Group?
