What you’ll do Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and regulatory requirements. Analyse, document and prioritise requirements that support the organisation’s long-term strategy and transformation initiatives. Translate complex financial services and systems requirements into clear specifications, process flows and use cases. Support continuous product discovery and improvement through data, customer insights, and experimentation. Identify dependencies and risks across the full lifecycle, ensuring solutions are efficient and compliant. Embed regulatory, security and risk considerations into every aspect of the solution design. What we’re looking for Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, banking, or FinTech, with deep understanding of systems and regulatory frameworks. Hands-on experience in lean agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) driving real business outcomes. Confident communicator able to challenge and influence stakeholders constructively. Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to balance quantitative insights and qualitative understanding.
