Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and technically confident IT Support Technician (Level 1/2) to join our team. This role offers a balanced hybrid setup and exposure to a broad range of technologies in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across the business, handling issues via phone, email, remote tools, and in person.
* Support day-to-day operations of Windows 11 PCs, laptops, and mobile devices.
* Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, etc).
* Basic troubleshooting of networking issues (DHCP, DNS, VPNs, switches, Wi-Fi).
* Monitor network infrastructure, respond to alerts, and escalate when needed.
* Perform morning racing checks to ensure operational readiness for daily racing schedules.
* Provision and maintain hardware – laptops, printers, peripherals.
* Maintain accurate ticketing records and update documentation regularly.
* Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, covering some weekends, including network monitoring and checks.


Ideal Candidate Profile

* Previous experience in a 1st/2nd line support role - min. 1 year.
* Strong understanding of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and general IT hardware.
* Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN).
* Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Capable of working independently, especially during remote and on-call shifts.
* Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are welcome but not required.

* Hybrid model: 3 days in-office / 2 days from home.
* £32,000 salary
