Customer Service Advisor
£23,985, Haywards Heath, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, 6-month fixed term contract, up to 28 days annual leave, Pension.
The Role
We are seeking a confident and customer-focused individual to join a busy Customer Experience department as a Customer Agent. You will be part of a client-focused hub supporting global media companies. This is a varied role involving inbound and outbound contact across multiple channels including email, live chat and social media.
Key responsibilities include:
Handling customer queries and complaints across voice, email and social platforms
Accurately processing orders and payments in line with client requirements
Switching between inbound and outbound tasks as needed
Meeting productivity and quality targets
Maintaining strong product and system knowledge
Supporting customer retention and cross-selling
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong IT literacy and a proactive, team-oriented approach. A good general education is desirable, including GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths. Previous experience in customer service or office environments is highly desirable.
This role could suit someone who has worked as a Customer Service Advisor, Contact Centre Agent, or Client Support Representative.
