You will join a compassionate multidisciplinary team, offering psychological expertise that truly shapes patient experience - the post is available ASAP until the end of September. Responsibilities Deliver specialist psychological assessments for individuals referred to the service, tailoring your approach to their unique needs. Provide evidence‑based interventions including ACT, CFT and CBT to support patients, carers and families as they navigate diagnosis, treatment and end‑of‑life challenges. Work collaboratively with MDT colleagues Offer consultation and reflective support to staff managing complex emotional presentations. Maintain high‑quality clinical records in line with professional standards.
