Salary:£13 per hour / £26,434.98 per annum
Hours:36 per week
Shifts:Monday to Friday 11:00 to 18:00 (with the occasional Sunday)
Location:Crowthorne, RG45 6BQ
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our unit supporting neurodiverse residents. The successful candidate will take an active role in sourcing, planning, and running engaging activities that promote independence, wellbeing, and social connection. This role requires creativity, initiative, and a genuine interest in understanding individual needs, ensuring residents are supported to stay active, engaged, and involved in meaningful daily experiences.
