Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Cluster Director of Finance to oversee the finance functions at The Hoxton, Holborn, and The Hoxton, Shoreditch.
This role involves working directly with our London operational teams and our VP of Finance – Europe to ensure compliance, manage accounts, and develop a top-tier finance function.

What you’ll do…
* Ensure robust financial management and accurate accounting records
* Manage relationships with hotel and head office finance teams
* Provide high-quality management reporting and analysis
* Deliver performance measurement tools and benchmarking
* Develop systems to improve efficiency and information flow
* Communicate results effectively with hotel ownership and general managers
* Lead the planning and forecasting processes for London hotels
* Support strategic planning and budgeting activities
* Lead, develop, and motivate the finance team
What we’re looking for…
* 7+ years of hotel finance experience, including at least two years in dual-site or cluster roles
* Strong technical skills and understanding of compliance, hotel operations, and financial systems
* A methodical yet flexible approach to problem-solving and deadlines
* Qualified accountant
* A team player who supports colleagues and enjoys a fun working environment
