I am looking for an Occupational Health Nurse to work on the Island of Jersey in the Channel Islands. This role requires an ability to assess and manage minor injury and illness, deliver health and wellbeing initiatives, and work with external organisations and other healthcare professionals. This role will include travelling across different client sites in Jersey, but may include some UK wide travel on occasion, where expenses are covered. **You will need access to your own vehicle to be considered for this role** You will: * Provide a full OH/Treatment service in line with the client contract including consultation, clinical assessment & treatment, advice, education, medical assessments and D&A testing where appropriate and in accordance with patient group directives and departmental protocols. • Provide professional advice, support and guidance to the client and wider multidisciplinary team. • Assess clients presenting to Occupational Health, providing sound clinical advice and treatment. • You will assess the client’s fitness to work for the appropriate job role in line with HP policies and guidelines and issue appropriate fitness certificates. • You will write letters to GP/Specialists in line with the Access to Medical Reports Act and Data Protection Act. • Provide clinical assessment of clients presenting with minor illness and injury. • Maintain appropriate r...
