What will you be doing?
You will be leading commercial activities for the Civil Nuclear side,
Providing commercial and contract management support across projects,
Supporting commercial bids, including risk assessment and tender review,
Reviewing, negotiating and drafting NEC contracts, subcontract agreements and NDAs,
Preparing and monitoring risk registers and contract compliance,
Holding delivery meetings.
Where will you be doing it?
Our client is a leading company within the nuclear waste management and decommissioning field.
What you'll need:
Experience working within commercial/contract roles,
NEC Certified Practitioner,
Experience with NEC 3/4 contract writing,
Knowledge of ISO 9001/14011 & 45001.
